Owning a new cat is an exciting experience as well as a stressful one. However, it's people like Dr. Nima and veterinary assistant Tabitha that not only ensured our newly adopted Siamese cat a Mushroom Rigatoni was healthy, but given a kind and loving attention that ensured she was set up for success and also answered a myriad of questions including how best to feed her. Mushroom is historically very scared of the outdoors, but with very gentle hands, it's our belief that thanks to the staff her, the carrier and harness she wears shouldn't be an issue :) Please see attached photo to this review for our satisfied little customer.

I went to the hospital for end of life care for my sweet cat Cali. The doctor and everyone there were very caring and told everything that they were going to do. I appreciate their kindness.

They do not know how to work with cats at all. They spayed my cat 2 years ago which was a very stressful procedure for her involving shots and sedatives. From that point they marked her as "caution" on her file and treat her like shes radioactive or about to attack them at every visit. She is the definition of an average cat and usually is really friendly with people. I get a different vet every single time. They show up with their bad attitude every time and call her "spicy" while shes just sitting there doing nothing and stress her out for absolutely no reason. Additionally many cats are much more aggressive, do we just let them die because they cant be bothered to put on a pair of gloves? Im done with vetco and will be changing to a vet that isnt scared of a 10lb cat. I brought her in today because her revolution flea treatment gave her a rash, hasnt been working and they said that "it should be working" and just gave her more revolution. And I had the pleasure of paying them for wasting my time.

The people were very welcoming and professional. My only disappointment was the pricing. You think you're getting one price and at the very end, when it almost too late to change your mind. Other than that, it was a pleasant visit.
