I've used Vetco for my pets' vaccinations for ~13 years now, including locations in / on La Brea, Lankershim, Ventura/Studio City. They've always been affordable, convenient and fairly quick. Unfortunately, during our recent visit to the Burbank location on Hollywood Way, none of this was the case. We arrived on time for our appointment and were surprised to see several others still in line awaiting their appointments scheduled for up to an hour before our scheduled time. Upon asking what caused the delays I was told "We have 31 appointments scheduled for today; we're busy." Well, yes, 31 appointments indicates all these patients had an appointment time. That still didn't explain why no one was seen until more than an hour after the first available visit. Our visit was for one pet with three sets of vaccinations. Our time with the vet took 4 minutes, if that. However, the duration of our appointment was near two hours. We were seen an hour and 45 minutes after our scheduled time. None of the patients ahead of us were in for anything more than vaccinations. I've never experienced anything like this in a vet's office, another Vetco clinic or even in a doctor's office. Completely unacceptable. They didn't even have the sense or courtesy to put out a bowl of water for animals waiting for 1.5 hours each. The staff was unprofessional, unapologetic and unequipped. I do not plan on visiting Vetco again and would not recommend to anyone else.

The staff was nice and helpful. More affordable than going to a private clinic/vet, also very convenient.

Price was right, people were nice, but it was a bit chaotic with plenty of other owners and pets, and little waiting area room. Suggest carving out some room outside the vet office for seating and a more organized check-in procedure.

We had a very positive experience. Staff was helpful and explained everything in laymen’s terms. Vaccinations were swift without too much waiting. Services were reasonably priced. Dolly is doing great today without any ill effects. Thank you!
