  We come here for all our dog's basic care needs. The front desk (Wendy) is very accommodating and the techs are always so good with our fur baby. We had Tabitha as our tech this last visit and she was wonderful. Thorough and kind. The regular doctor is a little hard to understand on the phone because he talks very fast but he truly cares about all of the animals and welcomes questions. The relief doctors we've seen have all been good as well.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience at Vetco Clinic I had a great experience at Vetco Clinic. The entire staff was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They treated my pet with real care and kindness, which made me feel comfortable and confident right away. The doctors were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to clearly explain everything. They answered all my questions without rushing and made sure I understood the treatment plan. You can tell they truly care about animals and their work. The clinic was clean, organized, and well-managed. The appointment process was smooth, and we didn’t have to wait long. Overall, the level of service and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this Vetco Clinic to anyone looking for caring staff and experienced doctors. Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of my pet!

  Absolutely would not recommend this place. I had an extremely frustrating encounter with their vet regarding a Rx cough suppressant with hydrocodone that he approved over the phone that my dog can have since he’s been on the suppressant since last year for the collapsed trachea. I went there last week Friday and he wasn’t there. Was told to come back on Monday. Came back on Monday and he then says he doesn’t have access to the safe to get the Rx pad or some nonsense. He asked if I could return in the afternoon. I said I can come back Tuesday morning. I returned today and he still didn’t want to give me the Rx because he thought I would have had a confirmed appointment with a cardiologist. He would not give me this Rx for my lil one’s cough. After going around in circles he said that he would. But then left to see other patients. I finally got up and told the receptionist I don’t want anything else from them. I made it my business to call corporate and tell them my suspicions on why over the phone I was approved to get the prescription but in person he didn’t want to prescribe it anymore. All of a sudd n I received an email that my Rx to fill was signed and ready. This should have been done yesterday. While I’m on assignment out here in California I need a caring ; compassionate and reliable vet for my baby. Unfortunately; this establishment is not it.

  The customer service here is fantastic. They’re incredibly kind and made sure to get my cat’s medication right away. The prices are also very reasonable.

  I had such a wonderful experience at this Vetco location today! The receptionist, nurse, and veterinarian were all incredibly kind and welcoming. I truly miss going somewhere and feeling genuinely cared for, and this place delivered exactly that. For the first time, I actually felt comfortable at the vet. I never felt pressured to pay for services I didn’t need, which is something I’ve experienced elsewhere. Not here. I truly appreciate everyone who works at this location and the care they provide. Thank you!
