  Their store manager was no help with an order I placed that they completely botched. I asked for cat food and they send me 2 bags of litter. I called corporate and they refunded my money in less than 5 mins when he said he couldn't do that. He needs some customer service training

  I recently found out that Joey will be relocating to another Petco, and I wanted to share how much he has meant to my dogs, Tommy and Bella. It’s incredibly rare to find a groomer who is this patient, gentle, and consistent. My dogs trust him completely, and that kind of trust doesn’t come easily. Because of the level of care he provides, we will be following him to his new location in San Dimas, even though it’s farther from home. Joey has been a true asset here, and any Petco location is fortunate to have him. Thank you, Joey, for always taking such great care of Tommy and Bella 🐾🐕🐩

  This petco is always clean and customer service is easy to come by at this location. Everyone is nice and super helpful. They always make sure I get my discounts or making sure I'm using my points.
