- RKRay KNov 15, 20251.0Waste of time. I went to the introductory to dog training for $39. Got no training, just talked about how great my dog will be in a group class. Paid for the group class and said I will be in the class in 11/15. No call, no text, called day before class and was told that I was bumped and I’ll have to reschedule. Rachel tells me she didn’t cancel it but I know I didn’t cancel it. I modified my day to make this class and to find out the drop me from the class with no text/call. They were very communicative when I paid $39 but lack any skill to reach out after that. This store lack management skills, detail organization, lack of communication skills with clients and overall think that this store is only worried about money, not pets or their owners. Hope to get a refund for everything I spend for nothing. DO NOT GO TO PETCO FOR YOUR PET NEEDS! Chewy is a better solution as well as PetsSmart. Stay away from PETCO!!!!
