  I have 2 dogs and have been a Banfield Customer for 10 years. I have been to plenty of Banfield locations across Southern California and this one is HEAD AND SHOULDERS above the rest. Never had a bad experience with any of the locations, but at this location I feel like they really care about my babies. The front of house staff are very nice and treat me and, more importantly, my pups with love and respect. The VA's and VT's, along with the Vets on staff are very knowledgeable and I genuinely feel like they care about my pet's wellbeing. The plans are very nice, especially for puppies and kittys that need a ton of vaccines. The puppy plans even come with a DNA test that showed me that my rescue dog has a genetic condition! ... Honestly, for peace of mind and getting all the routine stuff out of the way they are great- however, this is not an ER for your pups (or cats). If you need routine stuff, just like going to your doctor, then Banfield and their plans have saved me money, or at least saved me chunks of money at any given time. I would rather give Banfield $60-100/month then give another vet $600-1000 every time I go in there.

  The staff is all friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Our little puppy was handled by the staff with patience and kindness.

  This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a veterinarian’s office in the 10 years that I’ve had pets. The front desk nurse with red hair and a blonde streak was the most aggressively pushy and condensing person I have ever met. I was disgusted by her attitude she was doing her best to add as much to my bill and had the nerve to cut me down when I said no. Then they made me wait 20 minutes in the front for my prescription literally a piece of paper. I had to take my dog home after 25 min. I told another agent at the front desk and she gave me the snarky nastiest look. These people were literally bullying me for no absolute reason at all . I called them and suprise the same red hair person answers and WAS LYING about my charges and told me I need to pay all this money if I wanted my prescription. I said “ is this the same lady from the exam room” and she hung up. I cannot believe how unprofessional and disgusting this place is being run. I I have already submitted a complaint with the state of California. I have a feeling this place is going to try to harass me and I will be filing police report and pressing charges as well if it comes to that. I will be notifying my attorney of the situation that occurred tonight as well. Everything has been documented on my end.

  I used have good relationship with this location, but today everything went down, we have appointment @3pm over the phone, but the front young lady told us it was 3:30, okay find we wait, I was there 2:45, the front lady did not call me back for check in when the time is close to my appointment, she told me she will call me since I am earlier there, but never! I wait already 40 mins and I even need to reminder her if I can check in now it is almost 3:30 and they told me can’t check me in bcz the system went down, okay if your system went down why you are not tell customer when I was there earlier? Or you can even communicate with me if i will like to wait to see if system come back? And she did not apology for this lack of connection with customer, I will never come back this place. Bad customer service! And my dog both asking a lots when they walk in to this places, and we have been this places multi times, i really wonder if they been treat nicely in this place! Not recommended!
