My daughter and I made 2 separate appointments as we are new customers and her primary address is with her mom. At time of checkout they said they would only honor 1 coupon for a free exam for both my cats. I was told on the phone prior to confirming my appointment that they would take care of it. Fast forward at checkout they’re telling me they won’t allow more than one coupon and I stated what was promised on the phone. We went back and forth and ultimately I told them I’m not paying. Then I’m threatened they will put me in collections! After expressing my displeasure and soon they are realizing their error we eventually get checked out. The stress caused for their negligence affected my blood pressure and was an absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! With that being said I don’t feel that I will be returning!

Once they did they felt like it would be better to come back for his shots under some calming meds to calm him. They will take great care of you furr babies.
