- MDMegan DeMello3 days ago1.0$121.66 for a NAIL TRIM. literally that’s it. Beware! I asked for clarification and they said no it’s correct. Why am I paying for a “tech visit” AND a nail trim? She is a healthy one year old dog, and had just saw the vet for a checkup a month or so prior. She did not need a “tech visit” but apparently that charge is for having the tech do the nail trim, on top of the charge for a nail trim?! That’s just not right. Honestly nowhere else is anywhere hear this cost. The vet and techs were super nice and kind with my dog but cmon, that’s crazy.
- DMDina Mom4 days ago1.0Worst vet clinic. Ever. Management staff is confrontational, needs serious training on communication, respect and compassion. The morale is very low, clinic is money focused, while care delivery is unfortunately poorly managed. It’s a shame.
- WSWhitney SchultzJan 30, 20261.0I think this vet location and the prepaid puppy packages are a total scam. I bought the plus package which includes 3 exams. What it doesn’t tell you is that the “puppy exams” are with a tech after the initial visit - so don’t expect to actually see a vet and be able to ask questions. Also they schedule your visits 4 weeks apart so be prepared to not get your puppies final parvo shot until 18weeks. Had their communication been better regarding the schedule I would have known to ask to make the appointments a little closer together so that my dog would be fully vaccinated by 16 weeks. Lastly, when the tech did their intake she asked me “where did you get your puppy - from a friend or a shelter?” Totally shaming me for buying a hypoallergenic dog from a breeder. I just regret jumping into committing to this vet since I bought the puppy package and I wish I had done a little more research because now I’m stuck.
