Waited and waited for someone to show up and even looked around the store nobody was available. Maybe they leave the ladder there so you can get your own fish? So I left with just my my frozen fish food and some cat food. Then I get to the register I have $100 bill to pay and I am told that they don’t have $40 worth of change in their register so I could not use the $100. Well I only had $30 in smaller bills, the girl sat there while I removed things from my order to bring the order down to the $30 I had on hand. If I didn’t need the little bit of fish food I was able to purchase I would have walked out. This store is always disappointing when it comes to customer service and helping on the floor. Only reason why I was here is petsmart is always out of frozen food and the Antioch fish store was closed. Needless to say I don’t plan to come back unless I again have no other choice.
