  Unfortunately, I'm only giving two stars. one of my dogs have been going to Petco grooming for years . We had an appointment last week. Unfortunately the groomer Christina after being there for 4 1/2 hours advise me she could not groom him all the way. And asked if I would bring him back the following day which I wasn't able to. I didn't get upset with her and demand my money back - I figured let me give her a second chance . I brought him back in today and another groomer was able to finish him.( He is only maybe 18 lbs ) When I went to pick him up, both groomers came out to tell me that they pretty much recommend him going somewhere else and they could only bathe him in the future. I say if they could bathe him why couldn't they groom him? He's a good dog. The girl kept on saying he's a sweetheart. They're calling him old when he's only six years old and That he's not able to see well. There not vets and he sees fine lol. They recommended me taking him to Antioch veterinarian where they could groom him. I let them know. I've been going there for years and Ellie has never had a problem with grooming him and has done an excellent job. So I guess they 86'd him.

  This is the best store to shop , and the Best customer service. Always feels welcoming and like a personal home store for you and the family

  I used the app and chose Curbside pickup and when it notified me that my order was ready for pickup I went to the store and parked directly in front of the store and clicked on the app that I had arrived to let the store know I was there and I waited for a half an hour after clicking on the app to remind the staff I was there several times, I finally went inside the store and I didn't see anyone except in the grooming department and I had to go to the center of the store in the isles to find 2 employees and one of them informed me that I needed to call the store when I arrived because the app hasn't worked for a while and the other employee asked for my name and handed me my purchase and said that from now on I need to come into the store for my future curbside pickup because they no longer bring the orders out of the store. I am disabled and I only used the app for the convenience of not having to get out of my car and I am not going to be using your store anymore
