- MZM. Zee5 days ago1.0Do you want a different vet to see your pet every time? Would you like to pay $350 test, be told the test will be in in two weeks, only for results to come back in 2 days later and only be told what they are three weeks later and only because you called? Would you like a vet to prescribe the exact antibiotics your pet has had four times before after said expensive test? Do you want to question the purpose of another round of the same antibiotics and be assured they are different, only to be prescribed the exact same ones? Do you want one vet to tell antibiotics is the right treatment, another to say lets try steroids and another to insist you need to take your pet to a specialist? Do you want to be told, hey! keep paying the Ban-field membership fee, but you can go to any vet you like! Then Banfield is right for you! If you have a regular healthy pet, they get the job done. Probably because there isn't much of a job to do. But if you have a pet that needs more robust care... go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

- ECerik cadleMay 25, 20205.0Today I had to say goodbye to my 14 year old black lab Faith. We had her for 13 and a half of those years. The people at Banfield are very Compassionate and humble. We had called several other hospitals in our city because my wife and son wanted to be with her when she went to sleep. No other hospital would allow it. Banfield was the only ones that would. They came out to meet us to help faith onto a gurney and let me and my daughter say goodbye. They didn't rush us in anyway. They made plaster casts of her paw prints. I want to say thank you to the staff at Banfield for being there for us at such a hard part in our lives.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
