The vet I spoke with ensured I was informed of the treatment plan after she assessed my cat. Crystal clear billing and no extra services/procedures pushed on me (which I didn’t expect from this clinic, but im always wary of anything pet health services related). Really appreciated this team for taking care of my cat and getting me the answers I needed.

She took time to carefully explain everything and give all options–very kind and patient. Highly recommend this hospital. Many thanks to all working there.

- LRlady rehmMar 26, 20265.0I brought my dog to this pet hospital after I found her lethargic, almost unresponsive, and stiff last Sunday late evening. I’m very thankful for the care she received. From the moment we arrived, the team responded quickly and took care of her right away. It reminded me of a real emergency hospital for people with how they triage patients. The staff are highly skilled, well-trained, and very professional. My dog had to be admitted, and what I really appreciated most was their promptness & communication. They told me they would call at a certain time to give an update, and they did. The doctors and staff were kind, professional, and clearly experienced in handling emergencies. They explained the treatment and made sure I understood what was happening. Thanks to their prompt care and attention, our baby girl, Akachan, has fully recovered now.

I went from stressed to calm as soon as he went to work. We made the decision after that visit that Dr Tom had to be our primary doctor. The intake staff was efficient and friendly. Our :130 appointment happened on time. Huge recommendation.
