My oldest cat has been having dental issues for a while, and every vet I’ve been to prior to this clinic has given me false hope, telling me there’s resolutions just to smack an insane amount of costs in my face. It’s been so disheartening, because I just want my girl to be healthy and happy. The staff at this clinic were completely opposite, and although transparent about the fact that dental work is expensive, they still managed to uphold the hope that they instilled in me. They gave me a list of resources for nonprofit organizations and financial assistance resources for vet services. They were kind enough to give a complimentary dose of flea/tick medication for my baby. They gave me short-term resolutions to at least make my girl comfortable while we work on finding a way to get the dental procedures she’s gonna need, and the medications/antibiotics we received were relatively inexpensive compared to most animal clinics/vets. I sat in the lobby holding back tears because of how friendly everyone was, and because of the hope they gave me that there is a light in the dark and solutions available to get my baby girl back in good health.
