    Have been a reward member over the 8 years. Enjoy the perks and they always have the brand and variety I’m looking for where my fur kids are concerned. As their taste evolves the variety has been met by Petco. Thanks!

    Clean place with courteous staff. Only inconvenience is shopping carts are not allowed out of the store, causing multiple trips back-n-forth from store to car when large purchases are made.

    I had a very frustrating experience with ANDREA, the trainer at Petco. She told me she would contact me to enroll my puppy but never followed up. The first class started without any communication from her. When I brought it up, she gave a weak apology and said she would cancel the class and issue a refund—but I was never refunded. Instead, I was told I had to go through online customer service, which she never mentioned. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I would not recommend training at this location. I emailed corporate to reevaluate management who over sees training at this location!

    When you as a customer place an online order for order pick up (drive up) you would expect them at the store to honor what they offer. I arrive call 5 times no one bothers answering the phone. I have my Mom who is disabled and has dementia with me in the vehicle that I do not want to leave alone but since they can’t answer their phone (after 5 calls) I walk in and ask for a Manager and then there is the Assistant Manager just standing at a booth trying to explain oh yeah we heard the phone ring the manager is trying to log in to a register (besides the cashier they also have working) because it is getting busy. The Assistant Manager went and grabbed my order which I can’t help but wonder why couldn’t she have answered their phone if she’s just standing there at a booth. Very very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don’t say you offer online orders and drive up pick up if you aren’t going to honor it!
