I have been taking my dog here for 3 years and everything is good until you ask them to do something. I requested a quote for some dental work and it’s like pulling teeth. I had to keep calling for it and every time I was told that they are waiting for the doctor to respond to my request. Finally received after almost 4 weeks and it was an outrageous quote compared to the one that I got from Beaumont Animal Hospital. I walked in to request My dogs medical records and the receptionist told me that they would be emailed within a couple of days but did not receive the records. I then called for the request and of course expressed my frustration in the quality of service and was met with a rude receptionist who hung up on me as she didn’t want to hear out my concerns. I have yet to receive the medical records oh and there is always a 20 minute plus wait time when calling.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They seem very caring to the animals. Unless you live really close it is inconvenient. It is very difficult to get a hold of anyone unless you wait for about half an hour and that's not even a guarantee because sometimes the system will just drop your call and tell you to call again later. I understand they are very busy but they are very bad at communicating. That is why if you live close you can just walk in to talk to someone but for them to call you or for you to get a hold of them... good luck. I had some lab work and xrays done and it has been two weeks and I am still waiting for a call. I am at the point where I have to schedule an appointment just to be able to have a doctor go over the results with me as opposed to just getting a call. I paid about 1000 for everything. They even asked if I wanted to pay an extra 200 for an expedited service but I refused. Perhaps this is why they take extra long? Unless you are willing to pay an arm and a leg you get mediocre service.

I called ahead of time and was told the urgent care was open from 5pm to 11pm. I got there at 630pm and the receptionist informs me they are at capacity even though the waiting room only had 1 pet waiting. I explained to her that my dog was having an allergic reaction and she didn’t care enough to even pretend like that mattered. She told me to take him 19 miles away to another dog hospital which is kind of far when you have a dog in distress. I just moved to the area and I have two dogs and I was going to transfer their care over to this hospital but I’d rather commute and continue taking them to where I know the staff cares. If they don’t care during an emergency then they can’t be trusted for regular care. It’s unfortunate that there’s not more veterinarians to choose from in Banning. Thankful that the Redlands Animal ER was so kind and willing to help us.

The assistants were very caring and handled our pet with obvious care and concern about his emotional state. it was a very good visit. Dr. was very knowledgeable and the information he provided was clear and simple to understand. BANNING ANIMAL HOSPITAL Rates top notch in my book, and I have been to several the past 18-20 years. Top of the Line
