  Bertha was being pretty nice to a white customer in front of us . But as soon as she saw us (Latinos ) her face and attitude changed . She did not greed us ,she went and grab our internet item without saying a word . I don't know but I could've sworn she WASNT A NATIVE AMERICAN to have that attitude towards us .

  I don't often go to do reviews like this but I really have to say Carter in your aquatics department absolutely knows how to treat customers. He answered all of my questions, made great recommendations on what I should get for a starter aquarium I had gotten. Went over care and what can go with what. Super friendly the whole time. Even managed to pick up on my nerd hobbies. This location is significantly further that the one on gosford but I am extremely glad to of made the extra drive and I will definitely be back to get more advice and critters from carter for any future fish I want. I also want to shout out the night cashier on Friday night I did not get her name but she was just as friendly and wonderful and these are people a company should absolutely value. 10/5 best experience I have had in a Petco in almost two years of shopping with you!

  Thank you so much Shannon for going above and beyond for my pet!! After talking to a male that wasn’t very helpful in finding an item needed for my pets recovery Shannon stepped up to the plate with a smile and found exactly what I was looking for!! Great customer service!! She definitely deserves a raise!!

  I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this Petco location has been really disappointing. I come here pretty often, and it honestly feels like the employees never want to do their job. Every time I ask for help, it seems like I’m bothering them, and I either get short answers or no help at all. The store itself is fine, but customer service makes a big difference, and that’s where this place really falls short. It shouldn’t feel like a struggle just to get basic assistance when you’re trying to buy something for your pets. I keep coming back because it’s convenient, but the experience is always the same. I hope management actually addresses this because it could be a much better store if the employees cared a little more.
