By the time we arrived, he was understandably anxious. Instead of patience or care, the veterinarian immediately labeled him “aggressive” and refused service. She didn’t bother to give us any advice or alternatives, just dismissed us. We’ve taken him to other locations before and never had this issue, they understood that puppies can be nervous, especially after long trips. It was very clear this vet simply didn’t want to deal with him. If you’re looking for someone compassionate or willing to actually work with anxious pets, I would not recommend this place.

Sign up online, show up, less than a ten minute wait, and a caring vet team who were sweet to my pup. It's a bit pricey but I really wanted to avoid sitting around in a veterinarian's office with lots of other animals.
