I attempted to order online but received an error code during checkout. I received the error code several times before contacting support at their 800 number. I was informed there was a system error and my issue would be escalated. I was also informed I would receive an email notifying me of my next steps. It has been over 2 weeks, I am still unable to order at the price shown in my cart on that day, and Petco has remained silent. Update: I contacted Petco as they requested and they still would not honor the price I attempted to check out with on that day stating that “Prices are subject to change”. I have now wasted even more time with this company. I ordered from Petsmart. Amazing customer service, free overnight delivery, and same order for a lower price.
