They're all super nice and very knowledgeable, I took my kitten in to get weighed, and ask some medication advice. I would recommend them to anyone with a cat or dog.

They told me that my cat had liver disease or kidney disease, and that's been a while and my cat is still here. This is horrible just to get money off of people. Maybe they mixed up the blood samples cause my baby love bug is fine i don't recommend here I don't wanna give them no stars, but one star is all they get that's what they deserve

Great and friendly staff as always, and the fact that they remember my little kitty's name makes such a difference. Thank you so much for the great service.

I have a smart dog that fell out of a car and called to ask for services. If I can get in, they said the only thing they have is a drop off. There's no way i'm going to drop off my dog without me being there. She blatantly said, okay, well, thank you for your service.Wouldn't even try to work with me?Wouldn't give me any other days or times or try to get in?Just cut me off the rudest.Ever don't take your animals here. They're horrible. This was my last ditch. Now, i've got to go find something a lot further.Because these people are no good.Don't go here

gosh I really don't have a lot of good things to say because I was charged hundreds of dollars for services not received. My cat went home the same as when he arrived there. The 1 thing I left with was a charge of $100.00 a month for 12 months. Sad so sad the cat had intestinal problems and they were going to take x-rays and if they did, I never saw them, and they never explained what they found or didn't find. They told me to have the cat eat some paste they gave me. If I tried that the cat would claw my face off. I told them the cat had fleas but they just looked at me and said no we don't think so The cat drags his ass on the carpet and scratches every 5 minutes. Well if it isn't fleas maybe you can tell me what it is.. no, that would mean they would actually have to check the cat and charge me another $1,000.00. But hey I realized after that experience anyone can be a vet. What a waste of time. I am so tired of places ripping me off for services NOT rendered. Guess I wont be taking any more animals in for care if they need it. Sad so sad

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
