Not doing their job correctly, they do not warn you about the risks of your dog. I have to pay thousands now because they never informed me that my dog would need his balls removed and if not he will need to be put down. I’m furious. On top of this they gave my dog a bad shot on his thigh now he has a bump on his leg. Do not take your dog here. I am paying every month dog insurance just for them not to check him good?!!!

This place was a Money pit! My family and I went to Banfield animal hospital seeking help for our baby and instead we received some 1 star attention from the short veterinarian lady named michelle. The veterinarian Michelle was extremely rude, patronizing, overbearing, and very arrogant ! I was needing to put my animal down after the horrible diagnosis given , after talking that over with vet she did not seem to take into consideration that my family and I didn’t want to see our animal suffer the way he did. I was forced to go elsewhere and pay an additional $400 to put him down when all could have been avoided by listening and understanding our concerns instead of trying to make us feel terrible for wanting to put our dog down due to the amount of pain and stress our animal was enduring.

Got me in the same day but wanted to charged $800 for 1 X-ray. More expensive than the emergency vet hospital.

I had an appt from an internet booking and was able to prove it but they still would not see my cat. I was all ready to buy there program and whatever but see it's all about they are there to make money. Unfortunately, they have to deal with your animal to do it. It's the worst feeling.

Horrible. I normally don’t write any reviews but these people don’t care about your animals, just your money. They don’t even know what they’re doing or what you’re there for but they’ll always make sure to push their expensive wellness plans. I took my cats (1yr old and a kitten) here as an emergency because everywhere else was booked and my god was it expensive and it felt like they didn’t even really examine them. I wish they would’ve checked them up more considering it’s 100 and something just to get your pet looked at. My older cat who was sick got a blood test and antibiotics and she’s thankfully doing better. My kitten received an FVRCP vaccine and they scheduled a follow up appointment for a rabies vaccine. When I took my kitten for her follow up appointment they didn’t go over her history before hand (previous vaccines) and they didn’t even know what I was in for. They were about to give her a whole different vaccine. They also said the vaccines would be around $30 each yet they charged me $70 a vaccine. I’ve since taken them to an actual vet and they told me that my kitten was actually too young for the rabies vaccine. I’m grateful nothing bad happened to her but it’s still upsetting. Obviously I don’t know how old a cat has to be for every vaccine but a vet should know, and they should’ve known that my kitten was too young for the vaccine. Overall just be careful and if you’re gonna be spending so much money on a vet just go to an actual vet, not one that’s attached to a store that literally neglects their animals.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
