Horrible. I normally don’t write any reviews but these people don’t care about your animals, just your money. They don’t even know what they’re doing or what you’re there for but they’ll always make sure to push their expensive wellness plans. I took my cats (1yr old and a kitten) here as an emergency because everywhere else was booked and my god was it expensive and it felt like they didn’t even really examine them. I wish they would’ve checked them up more considering it’s 100 and something just to get your pet looked at. My older cat who was sick got a blood test and antibiotics and she’s thankfully doing better. My kitten received an FVRCP vaccine and they scheduled a follow up appointment for a rabies vaccine. When I took my kitten for her follow up appointment they didn’t go over her history before hand (previous vaccines) and they didn’t even know what I was in for. They were about to give her a whole different vaccine. They also said the vaccines would be around $30 each yet they charged me $70 a vaccine. I’ve since taken them to an actual vet and they told me that my kitten was actually too young for the rabies vaccine. I’m grateful nothing bad happened to her but it’s still upsetting. Obviously I don’t know how old a cat has to be for every vaccine but a vet should know, and they should’ve known that my kitten was too young for the vaccine. Overall just be careful and if you’re gonna be spending so much money on a vet just go to an actual vet, not one that’s attached to a store that literally neglects their animals.

I have been extremely happy with Dr. Michele and the staff and services. At Banfield. I am sad that we were referred to another Vet on a fatty tumor on my pets tail. I was not happy with the service I received on the initial call, after a two week wait, and then another two week wait to be seen. The minimum cost is absolutely unbelievable. I will be reaching out to my previous vet for a second opinion before any decision.

They got my dog in same-day for a concern. While there they took care of her, they offered for me to bring in my other dog to update vaccines. This led to me signing up for their Care Plan Plus which covers wellness visits, sick visits, blood work, routine vaccines and screenings and even dental cleaning (and more i’m sure). At first I said I’m not interested in any plans which they understood and didn’t push, but at the end of the visit they just told me what this plan covers and it was very cost efficient for me.
The staff was all very attentive and communicated very well my options and any additional costs of medications. Ramón helped me mostly on the first day, and the next day bringing my pet back for a much needed dental cleaning (free under their care plan) it was Natalia and Ally. Everyone was absolutely amazing and makes me feel like my pets have the best care they could possibly have. They offer drop off service or you can stay and wait for you pet which is very convenient for me.
I didn’t think I was a bad pet owner by any means, but this made me realize how far behind I was on their care. I am thankful for the care they give and with them having same-day openings for emergencies.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
