It was like dropping my child off for the first day of school I think I was more nervous than Bell was. Shannon talked to me first asked questions about my dog. Shannon was great and friendly. My dog usually does not leave with someone or let me out of her sight, but she went with Shannon with no hesitation. I wanted to take pictures but I was so in the moment of watching the two of them together . I can't wait to take her back with her new friend Shannon.

- SPSerena PulidoNov 16, 20255.0When I first began taking our Sophia to Petco she was very nervous but a sweet and patient groomer by the name of Maria was great with her. Unfortunately Maria left Petco and that is when our experience began going downhill. After a few visits I stopped taking Sophia because the groomers just weren't bathing and brushing her the way Maria did. They also weren't buffing her nails or cleaning her ears which I paid extra for. I've not had success in finding a new groomer and Sophia needed a proper bath and nail clipping so I gave in and made an appointment with Petco. To my surprise the groomer this time did an amazing job. Sophia smelled great, her ears were clean as a whistle, and her nails were in much better shape than I ever could have done. My husband picked up Sophia and didn't get the groomers name but she was great. We will go back as long as she is still working there.
