We had an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early as instructed, but ended up waiting in the store for over an hour because their internet was down. I understand that technology can fail sometimes, but what really earned this place a one-star review was the complete disorganization of the staff. We were the first appointment and first in line, yet others were seen before us. When we asked why, they admitted they had simply “forgotten to call us.” On top of that, they gave us incorrect information about vaccine prices and tried to push us toward buying packages instead of individual vaccines. They claimed the packages were cheaper, but when we checked the price menu ourselves, that turned out to be false. Without double-checking, we would have paid more for unnecessary treatments. Overall, the experience was disorganized, misleading, and frustrating. Do not come here for their clinics.
