There were no cuts to the box, so it seems like the litter was just dumped in like that. At first, customer support only offered a refund on the kitty litter and not the entire order or a reorder. The litter got in the box where the canned cat food is as well. After sending a few messages, they finally offered to either replace the entire order or a refund. I got the refund. I've also decided to give their repeat order another chance for next month and will follow-up on how that goes. Hoping this is only a one-time mistake

I went to get a few rosy fish and the gentleman who came to help said “he had more important things to do since it’s close to closing” (it was 8). Checked out and the cashier said nothing but the total. Customer services does a long way and feeling unwelcome at a store isn’t a great strategy.
