We were told our dogs were ready for pickup after a surgery but ended up waiting 2 hours and 40 minutes with no meaningful updates or explanation for the delay. When we were finally called up, we were simply handed our $3,031.00 bill with no clear explanation of the charges or the care provided. It was simply, pay the bill and you can take your dogs. Only after I voiced my frustration were we taken to a room for a technician to explain the details. For a veterinary clinic—especially one handling expensive and stressful medical situations—communication and transparency are essential. Unfortunately, both were lacking here. Waits can happen but being left in the dark and a 2 hour and 40 minute wait is excessive and unacceptable for a private business. Obviously, the manager(s) have no idea how to run a business. Based on this experience, I will not return or recommend this clinic to others.
