- BTbill thomas4 days ago5.0They did ask me to give them a review. Okay i will ! I have been having issues here with my cats and UTI . To the point of losing a couple of the feral cats! One of my older cats has had an ongoing uti , Go to a vet pay out the nose and it is under control for a month then back . Always not quite enough treatment! Went here the vet sat down with me explained what is the progression of a uti , it is the food . gave me a A 15day anabiotic treatment instead of this 5-day treatment that does nothing!!!! but get you back for another office visit that you pay for !! Anyways i do not know if the price is too high or not, i did get a load of information. That was very helpful ! So face to face with a vet that explains what is going on. Invaluable! Listens to what you say and what you want. also invaluable. So hopefully they will last as my vet!!! I am not tolerant when it comes to my pets!!!!

I was very happy with the service performed on my dog for neuter. The dog was happy and adjusted great when returned home. I highly recommend bear valley animal hospital.

- MCMB del CorderoOct 22, 20251.0This place has really gone downhill. I took my pup there for years and through the years I became quite disappointed. Their prices tripled and quadrupled but their service declined dramatically. Check ups with the veterinarian were not thorough. I was never told anything I already didn't know. And I wasn't told about other things that I learned about after taking my pup to a different vet. For regular nail clippings and gland expressions the prices went up so high and the last few times it seemed they didn't even touch my dog's nails. I called a couple of times to see what had happened and why they didn't do what I paid them so much to do and I never got a response back. I stopped going there and found another place. Vet appointments nor tech appointments were worth the amount of money I paid. Unless they changed their mode of operation and care I would not recommend this place to anyone. So disappointing.
