- JMJanis MartinJul 7, 20251.0I brought my dog in for a rabies shot and to get a prescription for Simperica Trio. They weighed my dog and ended up giving the wrong dosage. I ended up calling and speaking to someone in their client service department and asked if I could just get a corrected prescription and they told me I needed to go back and bring my dog in again for another assessment, which would be about 2 weeks later. I then asked for a refund of the first assessment they did (still paying for the rabies shot though) and was told they would follow up with an email, that I have yet to receive.
