Up until they closed all their satillite offices and only allow for visits at PetSmart locations, the service has been like night and day and not in a good way, They are extremely understaffed and while the individuals are all caring and knowledgeable, the waiting periods go beyond anything approaching reasonable. I take her there now only because of the insurance plan and because I don't really know where to go.

- SSSholeh SharifJul 21, 20251.0Doctor khamenehei or Dr K always sees my dog Luca and he has insurance that covers once a year dental cleaning for two years each time I took him for cleaning he came out after 2 or 3 hours that we wait outside and told me his teeth look good now so we wait for him to loose one pound or two finally I went to get a second opinion because I felt something was wrong and he was In pain the doctor came out of the room with horrible news : He has tooth resorption it means the roots of his 11 teeth was half resolved so he said it’s a really painful situation and extracted all of them he ask me about how his doctor could be this …. Do not want to repeat but Dr K you have no conscience how could you sleep at night ? My dog s name is Luca Ansari he is 9 years old I hope you people be careful Sholeh Ansari

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
