Then they told me my dog needed a rabies shot and a “one-in-six” shot, and that buying everything together would save me money. After deciding on the package and paying for it, they later told me my dog couldn’t get all of the shots the same day because of his weight — information they should have known before taking my money. It honestly sounds like a scam. When I came back for the second shot, they suddenly claimed there was a time limit for administering it — something they never mentioned when I first paid. As a result, they took about $75 for a service I never received, and then told me I’d have to pay again because of that supposed time restriction. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, someone else just came out saying they were “in charge for the day,” which wasn’t what I requested. The place is always dirty, the customer service is poor, and this was the final straw. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
