  This is the second time the same Groomer did not know how to give my Yorkies a haircut. One of my Yorkies came back with hair of different length, shaved a different blades on her legs, one nail done, one nail, not done and her feet pads the hair was not removed. Her ears are all of different lengths and she basically looks like she was chopped up with a scissor second Yorkie was a little bit better, but Nails and Hair left by the anal area. I am contacting corporate since this is the second time it happened at this location. If I was allowed to give no stars, I wouldn’t have no stars for this location

  Misty took such great care of my pup :) Daisy came out looking and smelling fresh, and I could tell she’d bonded with Misty!

  UPDATED Petco was accommodating and quick to fix their oversight. This time, Shelley helped us, and she is exactly as wonderful as all the other reviews say. 5 stars to her! My big frustration is that the only reason I had for coming here in the first place was to help with my super busy schedule... but in the end, it took just as much of my time as if I had groomed her myself (because this location isn't close to my house--chose it because I would be in the area at the time.) Anyways, I will only go back if Shelley is available. ORIGINAL I usually do all my dog's grooming at home, so this was my first time taking her to a pet store for grooming, hoping to help with my busy schedule. I paid for a bath with the upgraded shed release (that is, deshedding shampoo, de-shedding coat brushing, teeth clean and nail buffing) and specifically asked upon drop-off about gland expression and nails. I was assured that both were included. Got my dog back and didn't realize until we were home that her nails, teeth and glands hadn't been touched at all. 😑 While my dog is a little anxious, she is completely non-reactive, so I am positive it wasn't because of her behavior. Will not be returning to this location.

  My dogs absolutely love Shelley. I will follow her to whichever store she goes to (Wetmore location now). She goes above and beyond to make sure my dogs feel comfortable and look great. Thank you Shelley!!

  Shelly was amazing with are two boys. It was there 1st time with a professional groomer. She made them comfortable and explained how to she ease them. Was very patient with both of them
