  My husband and I came into the Houghton location today looking for some snails for our saltwater tank. We frequent this location pretty often and normally have a positive experience. Today was not one of those days. We asked the aquatics specialist (who I believe is the aquatics manager) about a specific type of snail and it seemed like we were inconveniencing her by asking. When he asked her to take a look at the tank they we’re suppose to be in she just stood where she was and said “whatever is in the tank is what we have” didn’t even bother to look in the tank or assist us in anyway. When he asked if they were planning on getting anymore in she just said “I don’t know”. It’s the fact that she was so unwilling to help us at all that really caught us off guard. I understand that people may have their “off” days but the way she acted was totally unacceptable. Very disappointing.

  Always has what I need for my pets. Place was clean, workers friendly. Be careful parking under the TREE Straight out the front doors on the Left. Broken Branch about to Fall. Tree is circled

  Great service! My dog has disseminated Valley fever and his leg is affected so he needs a specific trim they always listen what he needs and give him lots of love and attention with his nail trim. Thank you!
