- STStephen TwinamApr 2, 20261.0On our yearly visit for grooming we were told that they couldn't groom our two dogs and we needed to go to a vet and have them remove some matting. Went to Sissy's grooming and they were very nice and actually much cheaper. Petco lost my business.

This was previously a meaningful way to recognize those who serve, and its absence is noticeable. Relocating with pets—something many service members frequently experience—can be extremely costly, and every bit of support makes a difference. While I understand businesses must make operational decisions, removing this type of benefit may unintentionally signal a reduced commitment to supporting military members and first responders. I hope Petco will reconsider this policy in the future and continue to find ways to support those who serve their communities and country.
- LWL'Aura WMar 29, 20262.0I bought a stuffed toy which the clerk failed to put in the bag. I paid 15.99 for it, on my receipt and I never got it. I will shop elsewhere going forward. Everything else was in the bag, but that stuffed toy.
