I had to stop here for dog food. Everyone was very helpful and the prices were reasonable.
Been coming to the PetSmart for six years. They double charged me $70 and claimed that they could not refund me. They said they were reaching out to customer service on their behalf and promised I would get a refund within four Weeks. It’s been almost 7 weeks and nothing has turned up. I had to escalate the situation further only to find out that no one from PetSmart ever reached out about a refund for me. The worker at the store said that I as a customer had to reach out to customer service to get this settled, but no one told me that again or gave me a phone number. I was promised the refund would be coming so the management just straight by up lied to me. Then when I reached out to customer service, they said that the store should have been able to process the refund no problem. Not an apology was given not a care was given. And I have not yet heard anything from the manager, very disappointed with Alexis, the manager and the whole staff at PetSmart. AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY REFUND OF $70.

If i could leave this store 0 stars, I would. I brought my dog into his grooming appointment because we received a 20% off coupon for grooming services when we adopted our other chihuahua from PACC on Monday March 9th, 2026. My mom brought my dog to his appointment which was at 9 a.m. My mom let the groomer know we wanted to trim his tail and cut the longer hairs on his ears and back of all 4 legs. I’ve had my dog groomed before and I understand it can take 2-3 hours which we were both aware of. Around 11 a.m. my mother returns back to the store since he was the first dog there and wanted to see if he was close to being finished. Upon her arrival, she see that’s my dog is barely on the table getting dried as two other dogs were being brought out to their owners. Granted, i don’t know what the other dogs were there for and it could have taken a shorter amount of time. But at the same time he was already there for close to TWO hours and is barely getting dried? Ridiculous. The groomer says that bean didn’t like the dryer on his bottom and turned around and bit her. The groomer even takes it upon herself to schedule him another appointment without even asking about times or dates. Then comes down to the checking out, my mom presents the coupon to which we find out it was expired. Disappointing because that was the sole reason why we even came here, but thats not a problem things happen. The cashier at the grooming station did try her hardest to at least give us something that could help offset the cost, called customer service and even asked her manager for a possible $10 off or a percentage off for the trouble. Then the manager comes and explains that it was expired and that the coupon doesn’t even cover grooming services, which is news to me since the coupon CLEARLY states grooming services. So my mom pays the $71 dollars which includes the tip and sends me pictures of my dog. He looks exactly the same minus long hairs hanging from his ears. I’m so frustrated at this point because it felt like nothing was done correctly. On top of all that, my dogs behavior has drastically changed since then. Bean has never been an aggressive dog to other pets or humans, he has been groomed before and never had exhibited this type of behavior. He is not easily stressed, but when my mom got him back he was shaking and looked so scared. He got home and was visibly upset and stressed. He was aggressive towards his sister and snapped at her, which he has never done. I called the manager while at work to see what can be done. I was advised that I could bring my dog back and have a groomer fix his fur and get me to a “satisfied state” and/or get a refund. He then tells me that bean only was aggravated when she touched his paws to file his nails, yet never says anything about the groomer being bit and on his report card it says he’s sweet and energetic. So which is it? I brought up the issue about the coupon and was talked over as I explained that it says grooming on it and was told that pacc coupons only cover accessories, news to me. Why would I put my pet through another stressful situation when he wasn’t even tried kindly or with care at all?? I put my trust into these people to take care of my son properly because they are the “professionals” and “experts” and they couldn’t even do that. But thanks for the refund I guess.
