The appointment itself was great. Check in was simple along with exam. Staff very friendly and helpful . Gentle with my new kitten Jett. Provided information and guided me since this is my first pet. Provided and explained recommendations. Appointment was on time and quick. Looking forward to getting all my needs taken care of at Petco.h
- JCJoei CandaAug 8, 20241.0They pushed a lot trying to sell me the puppy package that included the entire series of 3 shots and a microchip. It sounded like a good idea, but little did I know that they were scamming me and trying to get more money out of me by literally going back and telling me that the microchip had to be payed for now & so did the rabies shot. Incredibly how they did this bc I was 1 month late on a visit. So apparently it’s not included if you miss an appointment and neither is the rabies.
