The price for 2 vaccines was outrageous! Very unprofessional and pushy. Was not impressed, will not use again.

June 24, Oracle and tangerine Petco. There's was some snafu with records or whatever and the line absolutely stopped for over 30 minutes. No explanation, just a quick apology when it was my turn. This is my second year coming and I'll come back next year but it was quite frustrating.

The Vet Tech was extremely rude about my pet. While she did identify that my dog was ill, she was belittling in the way she talked to me in front of other costumers and my child. When my other pet came for her visit, she continued to be belittling about our pets.

Please avoid getting your pet vaccinated here. There are much more affordable and hospitable places out there. The first time I went I bought the healthy puppy package, which I was told included the initial vaccines as well as a follow up appointment for my pet's booster shots. They misinformed me the first time, only to end up paying the same amount twice when I went there for my pet's booster. I noticed this happened to someone else that was in line. From this I gather they do this on purpose to make people pay extra since you need the booster. Not only do they purposely misinform you, but they constantly reschedule you and cancel appointments. They cancelled my appointments and had to reschedule three times until I finally was able to get my pet his booster. Very unreliable and unorganized. There are far better options that will save you the cost. Consider this a fellow warning and please choose a wiser place to send your pet.
