No explanation, just a quick apology when it was my turn. This is my second year coming and I'll come back next year but it was quite frustrating.

The first time I went I bought the healthy puppy package, which I was told included the initial vaccines as well as a follow up appointment for my pet's booster shots. They misinformed me the first time, only to end up paying the same amount twice when I went there for my pet's booster. I noticed this happened to someone else that was in line. From this I gather they do this on purpose to make people pay extra since you need the booster. Not only do they purposely misinform you, but they constantly reschedule you and cancel appointments. They cancelled my appointments and had to reschedule three times until I finally was able to get my pet his booster. Very unreliable and unorganized. There are far better options that will save you the cost. Consider this a fellow warning and please choose a wiser place to send your pet.
