- RLray lear1 day ago5.0Went to buy two parakeets. The Manager did an Awesome job getting the two parakeets that we picked out . Considering there were 15 to 20 others in the pen . He was very gentle with all the parakeets. You knew that he cared for the animals there .

I worked at Petco last year the River Rd location & that is just NOT okay. There were dead crickets (witch is understandable) but should be swept up daily & it was obvious they weren't.

I decided to come in on a Sunday morning looking for calming oil for my pets as they have seizures. I saw online it was in stock but when I went to the shelf where it was located it was out of stock. I found an employee to ask for assistance. Caycee replied “well the internet lies and if it’s not on the shelf we don’t have it” she had a nasty attitude and didn’t even offer any assistance to check other locations or any similar products. No longer coming in the mornings I’ll stick to the evenings with the more helpful staff
