I started my pups vaccine schedule with them because it was easier to get into with a vet - they signed me up for a package but neglected to tell me the booster shot for the DAPP vaccine wasn’t included. First it was “this package has everything so you don’t need to pay once you come back for DAPP and Rabies, and you get Lepto.” then i show up for the DAPP booster and lo—and-behold, i owe $50 because “the second DAPP isn’t included.” Well, thanks for being transparent. Not to mention my prior fiasco with petco and their dog training classes. Did you know even though it’s advertised on their website that they train puppies 8 weeks and up, they actually won’t train your dog until they’re 16 weeks at minimum? Yeah, found that out the hard way too. The only reason i’m returning is to finish out the vaccines I already paid for, then I’ll never shop at PETCO again. Don’t waste your time or money.
