She has even used our dogs to train new employees and they turn out EXCELLENT every time. The quality and comfort in leaving our boys is the reason we keep coming back. Thanks Liz & associates.
- LMLibby MSep 15, 20251.0Our dog developed a severe double ear infection immediately following her grooming appointment. It was so bad the vet couldn't even treat her until she took meds to reduce swelling. She has been in terrible pain the past 5 days and we are all worried sick about her returning to her joyful excited puppy self. We are looking at vet bills upwards of $400. We submitted a claim and the general manager said he would pass it up the chain. Time will tell whether or not this is made right. In the mean time, we do NOT recommend taking your pet to be groomed here. Spend the extra $50 you'd save on a mobile groomer or small business. It's not worth the pain and suffering.
