Obviously they hadn't had time to prepare my order yet, but the staff went above and beyond to get my purchase ready immediately so my dog wouldn't be late for his vet appointment ❤️ Highly recommend!

They took it back without hesitation and the gentleman was friendly throughout the return. Not been my experience with other retailers. Many are rude, not the situation with these folks.
