Not just the basics like the stores do. We can also treat illness! Yet these animals are coming from this store soooo messed up that even we couldn't save them. Most of our refunds were denied because e it was 40 or 50 days, not 30 days like their warranty. So as long as the store gets their money they don't care of your animals die soon after the warranty. This is VERY SHADY AND CORRUPT!!! Then when a manager said they wanted to discuss it with me, I called and stopped in the store and they were rude and unhelpful!!! TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY STORE.. We strongly suggest you find a better store to spend your money at!!!

The first time I used this service, I was in a huge time crunch and ordered before they opened and drove right over. Obviously they hadn't had time to prepare my order yet, but the staff went above and beyond to get my purchase ready immediately so my dog wouldn't be late for his vet appointment ❤️ Highly recommend!
