- DDDonna DotzlerDec 1, 20252.0I understand that homeless people have caused damage to the bathrooms, but get lock codes on the doors, key lock them and have employees open them, or something other than telling a 65 year old woman that I have to try Taco Bell or someplace that's not within walking distance to use the bathroom. Our cart was full! 2 large bags of high quality cat food, special kidney food for a hospice cat, dog food, aquarium supplies, beardy supplies, lots of your sale dog clothing, leashes, collars, etc, some human gifts, and some holiday animal toys. Over an hours worth of shopping and we left it all to go find a bathroom. That's quite a financial loss. Also, many items weren't priced and I waited 5 minutes at the cash register-no one came. I placed those items in the cart to find the prices at check out. We came from Prescott excited for a larger, well stocked Petco. I'll take our customer service over yours any time.
