Went in with my family and my 1 year old needed to have his diaper changed. Employees refused to open the bathroom saying it wasnt allowed. Told us to go next door.

I have several pets and have been a regular customer for almost 10 yrs. At the Wetmore store Rio has done an amazing job getting the cages clean and safe for all the animals! Before I was so sad when I saw how dirty things were. Even rust in the expensive bird cages. I tell those who wish to give these precious animals a good home to please get them only from Rio at Wetmore. He loves them all and takes awesome care of them.

Terrible service. I walked into the door and didn’t get greeted. I went straight to the bathroom where they were all marked closed except for the employee bathroom of course. They seem to be too lazy to clean these. I spent 15 minutes, shuffling through the plants to Find a good one, which I could not. In that nobody helped me even though there was employees, stocking shelves near me, as if to make sure I didn’t steal anything. I was dressed and work clothes, but my boots are $250 so I don’t think I look like a transient 😂 Which shouldn’t matter anyways.
