I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. The overall level of professionalism was extremely poor, and the customer service left much to be desired. Staff members appeared disorganized, frequently interrupted conversations, and did not take customer concerns seriously. Communication among employees seemed unprofessional, with personal matters being discussed openly in front of clients, which created an uncomfortable environment. Additionally, the atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming. Some staff members were loud and dismissive, and there was a noticeable lack of respect when interacting with both customers and colleagues. The management did not seem to address these issues, which contributed to the negative experience. I would strongly encourage the business to invest in better staff training, improved communication, and a more professional approach to customer service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment and I will take my money elsewhere.

I don’t have a lot of regrets, but bringing my dog to this vet is one of them. Julianna made my horrible experience turn into a terrible experience

I’m going to be honest… NEVER bring ur pet here if you love and care about them. To start off… Sydney had a horrible attitude!! I was very shocked to get in on the drama within the workplace thanks to Christina… the way she talks to those who work with her was truly disheartening. Other than that my dog was roughly handled. 0/10000

Very unprofessional environment. Julianna (manager) shares employees’ personal business, and staff like Becka gossip openly. Nayla was rough with animals, Christina was loud and disrespectful in front of customers, Luis was dismissive, and Sydney had a terrible attitude. Would not recommend.

This is my boy Willy. He’s a 9 year old pug. I’ve had him since he was 6 weeks old. He is the absolute love of my life. I’ve always taken him to ABC but sometimes it can be a bit pricey and I never really understand how I’m “saving money” there at their low cost pet clinic. They’re great don’t get me wrong but I want the best for my little guy. We have been taking one of our youngest to Banfield here at this location for about 2 years now. She’s gotten to be quite liked here at this location. They’ve taken pretty tremendous care of her so I’ve been quite impressed. Today was Willy’s first appointment there and I’m absolutely so happy with the results so far. Dr. Perez was the treating physician today for my little guy. I had never encountered him before but I thought he was very pleasant and helpful. He answered all of my questions and then some. And I really appreciated that I felt like there was no rush, though we were there past 5 pm. He took the time to give me a good run down on the health of my dog. I’m very happy with the care and treatment and I’m so glad to have brought my little guy over to join the Banfield family. Thank you guys.
