All the staff is there for the animals first and a very close second is you. From routine checks to emergency services, they are always ready and willing to do the very best they can. The staff are some of the best people in the industry and they have the record to prove it. They are knowledgeable, experienced and passionate about the care of your pet. Myself and every pet owner I know go to this location to receive the very best care a pet owner can hope for. Even when faced with the euthanasia of my very best friend and fur son, I was met with the utmost compassion and patience one could hope for in that situation. I will never go to another vet as long as I have pets.

We drove two and a half hours from Vail, Arizona to here after another Banfield tried to push us off to the ER for our dog. We called this location up and they took us immediately. While we were there they answered every question we had and was very informative with everything and gave us the directions to make our dog better. We were also in the waiting room and heard them keeping our dog calm and letting her know everything was ok and even apologized to her when she made noises with the pain she was having. HIGHLY recommend this place and will most likely be taking the long drive to come back to this specific location.

They asked Lee-Ann at Banfield-McClintock inTempe if they could give her a payment for me against for my claim and she said no. She said Banfield's policy says they can not do that. My baby died and We spent over $7,000 trying to save her and all Banfield had to do was accept a payment from Dechra and transfer it to us. Now we will have to get a lawyer or just be left for dead like out loving furbaby Joy.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
