  I do not understand at all why at these recent appointments for our (2) dogs the did not take either one of our dogs weights when every time I have ever used your company at the Petco near 44th St & Thomas in PHX it is mandatory and they will not ever prescribe refills on the Simparica Trio we have been using for both of our dogs for quite awhile now and it was always the same scenario when our dogs had used Nexgard & a different dewormer before that fir several years. When I asked them why they did not weigh either if our dogs & how they could renew (1) of our dogs Simparica prescription without doing it to verify their current weight since that always been the excuse used by every other team at the location where we usually use closer to our house. They told me it's because they already had their weights on record (the weight for the 1 dog they claimed needed a new refill, which later that same day after I got back home I verified she did not need a refill at all and we still had monthly tablets thru your company until December of 2026. When I told them that is the same thing I always told the teams by our house of why they had to weighed & retested fir the dewormer and the vet on duty and the tech told me every place is different. Seems totally ludicrous to me for a company of your size tio be run this way and that the records for our dogs are not accurate. Then on top of that according to the emails sent to me saying that our dogs needed some things done, they told me some things were needed that were not listed for 1 of our dogs and they did not do some things listed for our other dog. So at this point it all seems a ridiculous / expensive joke.

  Would highly recommend vetco vaccination clinic The people who did my two large pitbull’s vaccinations were kind explained everything clearly we’re gentle with my animals and just fantastic overall a great experience Would highly recommend and would use again

  I liked being able to make the appointment online. It was a little hectic with being out in the open and not in an office. The dog before us was not easy and prolonged the wait. Once he was gone, it was much better. The techs were very gentle and efficient.
