- ASAnita SmithSep 26, 20181.0Petco gave me a complete run around with pet training lessons. After 2 of 6 lessons the trainer moved. We were promised a call with a new trainer. It never happened so I had my dog trained at a different place. I was told I could get store credit for the remaining lessons. When I went in 4TIMES each time was an excuse. I need the contract, I now need the receipt, oh now there isn’t a manager in the store.. only to get to today when I was told there would not be a refund or store credit because so much time has gone by. Unbelievable! I had contract and receipt and made 4 trips in person. The only reason it was months was because Petco had promised a trainer. I will never go to Petco again.
