The woman sized me up; didn't look me in the eye. Responded rather irritated to the individual who'd inquired of her direction. I walked my dog to the threshold of eternity the next day... Will forever remember this.
- KSKate SchroederFeb 10, 20261.0I am so disappointed in the haircut my pup received. Upon arrival, I was very clear about both the length and style I wanted. I referenced the sample hair length chart at the front desk and asked for the second longest length, explaining that I wanted a trim, not a short cut. I also specifically requested that her head be kept long and fluffy. When I described the overall look, the groomer confirmed understanding and said, “That sounds like a teddy bear cut,” which I agreed with. Unfortunately, the final result was far from what we discussed. My dog was given a buzz cut, and her face and head were cut nearly as short as her body, completely eliminating the fluffy look I requested. The haircut looks nothing like a teddy bear cut — she looks more like a short haired dog than the agreed-upon style. For additional context, you can reference the following before and after pictures. Based on this experience, I do not recommend the grooming services at this location.

Need to discontinue my membership due to closing of Fountain Hills store & no longer grooming my dog there + dog on last leg at 13 yrs old. A number Petco stores I have stopped in at do not carry the beneful dog food my dog liked.
