- RWRita WilsonSep 13, 20251.0Very small area to be grooming so many dogs. You can hardly get in the door with your dog. They took my dog and caged her for almost 2 hours. Then I got a call and they told me she fell and couldn't stand up. I rushed over there and they handed me a completely wet dog and said they felt it was safer for not to be groomed. When I make an appointment to have my dog groomed don't take 3 or 4 dogs at the same time and leave my 14 year old senior dog in a cage with a bunch of barking dogs. When I got there and picked her up she walked out on her leash with me and jumped into my car. I was ready to take her to the vets, but she acted totally normal with me, came home and ate her food. I reported the incident to Petco and wanted to see the video tape and they said they could not show it to me. What really happened and what are they hiding. They refunded me for the bath, and said to file a complaint to corporate. Please don't take your dog to Petco in Scottsdale. They should be closed down.
