This was our puppy’s very first haircut, and naturally we were a little nervous—but our groomer was incredibly professional, patient, and gentle every step of the way. You could immediately tell they truly care about the experience, not just the result. What really stood out is how genuinely invested everyone is in the welfare of your dog. This isn’t just a grooming appointment—it’s a place where your puppy is treated with kindness, attention, and respect. The facility itself is spotless, well-organized, and clearly held to a very high standard. It gave us total confidence that our pup was in the best hands possible. We left with a happy, great-looking puppy and complete peace of mind. We will absolutely be coming back again and again. Highly recommend.

Mercedes at the front desk was incredibly empathetic to my concerns about previous encounters with groomers and knowledgeable about the services they provide. She even went the extra mile to tailoring options for my dogs specific needs. Erica groomed both my pups and was amazingly considerate and thoughtful about my concerns around their temperaments since they are rescues. She does an outstanding job and I am so happy I finally found a place I can trust to take care of my pups. Cannot recommend their services enough! :)
