- RCRandi ConditNov 11, 20252.0We took our pups there for the first time last Saturday. I asked for a schnauzer cut for our toy schnauzer and a standard doodle cut for our schnoodle. We got neither. Both were shaved very short, our schnauzer too short (you can see her skin). My husband specifically asked them to leave some of the trim on her and they did not. Both of them have uneven patches. I'm disappointed for sure. If paying a reasonable price means getting subpar grooming, we've got a problem.

Samantha has excellent customer service and was extremely understanding when I messed up his appt. time. She is sweet and very knowledgeable! Griff came back looking so handsome!!!
