She did not give me my change only my receipt and said have a great day. And then asked her where’s my change? So she had to get a manager, which I had to wait for. The manager then open the tail and begin to give me $28.20 If I was A dishonest person I would not have spoken up I would’ve just let her give me my money back and I could’ve walked out the door… But I did not do that, I did the right thing. The manager had no idea what was going on and just tried to pay me out. Because the new employee did not communicate the situation and the manager just assumed it was a refund.

It’s the 10th and it literally just died this morning. We asked to talk to a manager and a guy came to talk to us to then go talk to a manager in the back (for not even 2 minutes). I even brought my water in for them to check, but they refused to do anything for me at all. Definitely wasn’t our doing since we got two fish at the same time and the other is perfectly fine. Like I get stuff happens in this world but the manager not even talking to us is crazy. No coupon after checking the water to make sure it wasn’t our doing. No exchange. Nothing. Pictures of the tank with the flame angel is our quarantine tank since we don’t want our big tank getting ich on accident. We quarantine all our new fish. After talking to customer support they agreed that it was a weird situation and provided a $20 coupon back to my account. But the store didn’t do anything to help with the situation. We also did start with freshwater before we moved onto salt and it’s insane that the store would be so rude under my review. Not changing my review unless Google provides a 0 star option.
