I have never met the Veterinarian, so if you are interested in a nonpersonable relationship with your Pup Dr. this is your place.. Desk worker and Technicians are friendly, I have no clue if my Pup really even seen a Veterinarian.

I walked in to my scheduled appt. Immediately no greeting, I was coming in because my dog was advised by an Emergency Vet to be retested for Valley Fever. The vet assistant said the vet was not there and they were short staffed. His name was Quinn and he was short and kept asking the same questions after I repeatedly kept answering his questions, he asked for my folder even though I already gave him all of my files for Groot and he was absolutely rude when asking for my folder as he didn’t ask, he rudely stated “I need you to give me that folder.” My dog Groot takes 2 medications and the assistant was rude in asking “why is he taking these medications?!” I gave him the records and he even called the vet to confirm and still asked me questions on why he was taking both medications. He seems to be very forgettable and doesn’t listen! It seems no one is willing to truly understand and help the customers and meet them with empathy and concern we give to our own pets. I keep seeing terrible reviews, further confirming everyone there is very rude and truly non helpful. I tried to give them another chance but I keep having terrible experiences.

Our GSD was a little too nervous for his initial appointment, so Banfield rescheduled for later - so patient and kind about it! Thanks for your understanding and we will see you soon.

Dr. Osborne and team are great! She went through our boy’s records and specialty care notes to ensure he was safe for anesthesia. It was a great experience

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
