No explanation for why I was allowed to purchase. I spoke with the manager and staff. They offered a similar item which was fine. They were extremely helpful but I ended up paying almost full price for the items. They could not figure out how to fix it. Gave 3 stars as the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Would not ever use PetCo website again!
