I was told if a walk in comes in they would stop what their doing and crate my dog and work on the walk in. If I don't want that to happen I would have to pay an additional priority fee of 20.00. Someone tell me if that makes sense! What the point of scheduling an appointment then! What a scam. Took my dog and left.
