  Groomers very wonderful! Will definitely take trini back soon! The cashier in the store area, a blonde lady with glasses was very nasty, I don't know if she's autistic or something? Will definitely be back for grooming but if that cashier in actual petco area gets another attitude I'm knocking her out 😆

  Online pickup orders were not ready when I got there but the staff got the items quickly. Good service.

  Our dogs had been grooming customers here for over a decade. The former groomers loved our dogs and always took good care with trimming their nails. The new groomers refuse to see one of our dogs due to having cancer previously, citing company policy and without even meeting our dog. This location has been having a lot of staff turnover and none of the longtime groomers are there anymore. Between that and the uncaring management, we will take our business elsewhere. We will no longer be purchasing grooming, pill pockets, treats, food, pet shampoo, etc. It’s no wonder their stock value has plummeted. I’m guessing this will soon be an empty box in the shopping center. ***edit*** I love how quick they are to respond to a negative review with corporate white washing. My dog is perfectly heathy for someone to cut his nails, but you wouldn’t know that because you couldn’t be bothered to even meet him, hence your declining business.

  Randy helped turn a poor customer service situation good. I appreciate his emotional intelligence and willingness to step in when his teammate was being difficult and rude.
