  "The WORST kind of service, is NO service" I arrived on time for a small dog grooming appointment. I was asked if dog had any new health concerns. I replied that I had found ONE FLEA on his leg the other day. (he is on flea meds, this IS flea season here in AZ) The employee said "We can't take him if hee's infested with fleas" I said, he's not INFESTED, I found ONE FLEA She bent over and check him carefully and proclaimed "I found a flea, we cant take home" At this point I asked for the Grooming Dept Manager. She informed me that she IS the grooming Dept Manager. I asked for the Facilitry Manager. She said they don't show up until noon. --------------------------------------------------------------- I have been bringing my small dogs here for years. YEARS. And have never heard about this FLEA INFESTATION thing before. BTW, our dog IS CLEAN and IS NOT INFESTED. One flea is NOT an infestation. INFESTED (defn) "-infested (of insects or animals) be present (in a place or site) in large numbers, typically so as to cause damage or disease." --------------------------------------------------------------- My take on this is that they just didn't feel like working today, 1 less dog on a busy Saturday will make a difference, they can scroll more whilst getting paid. The downside; you have lost my business FOREVERMORE

  My daughter got her fish 🐠🐟 here but the lady was kinda rude and not helpful Just think if you don't like your job go somewhere else to work at

  I like this Petco because it is very close to me. However, I do not need to be drilled or given the 3rd degree regarding my fish purchase. I have numerous tanks and I have always have fish tanks since I was a young kid. I do not need anyone telling me how to set up my tanks or how many fish I am allowed to have in my tank. I am trying to remain professional but one of these days I will go off on your employee's
