- ELElaine LopezFeb 23, 20265.0Vetco staff came right up to me when we arrived with our 2 dogs. They were courteous and explained what shots the dogs would be getting and asked If we had any questions. After the shots, they explained the blood test results, and that one of our dogs had a heart murmur. Explained in detail about medication. They seemed very caring for our animals. We'll be back again.

I requested a prescription for HeartGuard plus after the heart worm testing was done since I Can get the prescription filled at Costco for $30 less for each 6 month pack. I was told no problem, we will send it to your email. Instead of giving me a prescription, they transferred it to Petco?! Now I am waiting 5 business days to see if they transfer it properly to Costco. I didn’t like the fact you said you would just send me the prescription to my email and then for some reason, you decided to transfer it to Petco.
